    Countdown

    am leaving for australia tmr... will be back on the 27th.

    will be counting down from the moment i land over there... just glad i'm not as depressed as i was when i left for taiwan... this trip should be fun really... that is if you get me to start liking mindless acts of stupidity...

    there is a very simple solution acutally, all you need to do is to form up an 'Armour Shooting Team' and throw tons of money at it to buy a million 25,40,50 rounds so that they can fire senselessly until they become world-class gunners, so much so that they can all start challenging for markmanship badges for 25,40 and 50... instead we're printing out a million scoresheets to pen down the results of the live firing by cadets who will never touch the weapons again once they pass out from their course...

    *breathe*... ok, i'm just being nasty... hai... do or die...

    was going back to camp one afternoon after a half day off... and it was a really really nice expirence... i mean, how often does an NSF get to step out of camp during a weekday just to catch the world in action? was like an out-of-place bystander watching all the school kids, parents, office workers out in force at the mrt station and shopping centre... it's been a real long time since i last witnessed such a colourful and busy scene during a weekday... it felt a little alien, but reassuring... like a long ago memory recovered. wonder how much i've lost touch with the outside world...

    i believe now so much more than ever, as i never had before, that everything happens at His timing... things have been falling into place quite nicely over the past week... unexpectly surprises... am glad =)
